Special Orders
We welcome the opportunity to quote special orders. Once a special order is placed into production it is NON CANCELABLE due to the nature of the order. Special sizes cannot be put into regular inventory.
Freight
Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped by the fastest most economical method possible. In most cases we use UPS and DHL Ground. If economically feasible we will use our own truck service to save shipping costs unless specified by the buyer.
Returned Checks
If a check is returned for any reason a charge of $30 will be added to the invoice. All future orders will be placed on a COD basis until credit can be established. A subsequent 2% service charge per month will be added to the account.
Returns
We want your experience with Robey's Fabrics and Pillows to be as hassle free as possible. However all returns must have a RM\# clearly printed on all boxes returned to us. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 10 calendar days after the issuance of the RM\#. Signs of tampering or wear will NOT be allowed for return or exchange. A 15% restocking fee may be applied.
Pillows are shipped based on volume and not weight. We try to send pillows the most economical way possible.
An order of 2 -3 pillows to a state close by will cost under $7 for the shipping.
We do not charge a handling fee. We only charge actual shipping rates.
If you want to order in bulk and want to save on shipping, follow these guidelines for ordering by the case and you will save on shipping charges.
