Shipping & Returns
Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped by the fastest most economical method possible. In most cases, we use UPS and FedEx to ship orders. If economically feasible we will use our own truck service to save shipping costs unless specified by the buyer. Most all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Due to the large number of different types and sizes of inserts that have to be made, we can not guarantee that all items listed on the website will be in stock. If we are backordered on an item, it normally takes us 2-4 business days on average to get that item back in stock. If you need to receive an order by a certain date, please call, email or put it in the comments part of your order to let us know. We do not process your credit card until we have your package ready to ship, so if we can save you money on shipping we will only charge the actual shipping rate.

Pillows are shipped based on volume and not weight. We try to send pillows the most economical way possible and with the cheapest rates available to us from UPS and FedEx. Shipping prices depends on what type of insert that you are ordering, where the package is shiping to and if "oversized" boxes have to be used. Both UPS and FedEx can not calculate shipping costs correctly on larger orders. If the shipping costs are incorrect, we will contact you before we ship.

Returns. If you are not satisfied with your order or you need to replace your inserts with a different size, ship them back and include a note with your request. Be sure to include a contact number and if possible, your order ID number. A copy of your invoice that is emailed is preferred. We will refund the cost of the inserts only. Shipping costs are not refunded unless there is an error by us in filling/shipping the order.
